First ever vinyl reissue of this 1997 industrial/electro masterpiece. For those not already initiated, Ice Ages is a project of Richard Lederer aka Protector of the almighty SUMMONING. In fact, a few of these tracks later became the basis of well known Summoning songs which you will instantly recognize. However, unlike the medieval black metal of his other project, ICE AGES is firmly in the realm of EBM/Electro and would have fit perfectly among the roster of the Cold Meat Industry label back in the day. Previously released only on CD, this is a first time edition on both vinyl (300, 100 purple, 200 black with insert and UV spot gloss) and tape (150 purple).

Obviously the cover art here is a product of its time (1997) and is not objectively great looking, but I find that it brings me a warm nostalgia to an era of discovery and experimentation associated with the 1990s. Along with @jaaportit, ICE AGES was one of the very first projects I found in my dive into electronic/ dark ambient music in the early 00s, so it is truly an honour to reissue this obscure gem after so many years!
